The mediation of information on synthetic biology to the general public is an important criterion for successful participation in iGEM. That's why we have worked a lot with blogs, newspapers, radio and television stations in the past. Detailed information about the public appearances of the previous iGEM teams from Bielefeld can be found on the pages of these teams. We are currently in close contact with the press office of Bielefeld University to keep the public regularly informed about the progress of our work. We plan to have two or three press releases published in the future.

FameLab

In context of the FamLab pedecision and final in Bielefeld the german press and televion already noticed our team member Alex. During the final he gave an interwiev to the WDR Lokalzeit. You can find the vidoe here, the part of the show presenting the FameLab final starts at minute 12:22.
